Hi Makafui, no technical problems. We’ve recently transitioned from a friend to follower model a la Twitter, so the person you want to private message must also be following you. This is similar in practice to Twitter’s DM, if you’re familiar with that. You can also ’mention’ the user with a public message if you are not following each other. Cheers.
